4. Booking and Service Requests

Bookings are subject to availability and must be made with sufficient lead time, typically at least 48 hours before the desired service date.

Upon receiving a booking request, Clean Co may provide a quotation. Service commencement is confirmed once the client accepts the quotation.

For certain services, site inspections may be required prior to confirming the booking. Clients are responsible for providing access to the premises at the agreed times.

5. Pricing and Payments

Our pricing is determined based on the type and scope of services provided. Pricing models include fixed fees, hourly rates, or custom quotes depending on client requirements.

Payments are due as specified in the service agreement and may be required either prior to or after service completion.

We accept payments through credit card, bank transfer, or other methods communicated to the client.

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and any additional surcharges.

Late payments may incur fees or interest charges as detailed in individual invoices or agreements.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients wishing to cancel or reschedule a service must notify Clean Co at least 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellation or rescheduling requests made with less than the required notice period may incur cancellation fees or penalties.

Clean Co reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including emergencies or events beyond our control (force majeure). In such cases, we will notify clients promptly and work to reschedule services where possible.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing Clean Co personnel with safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled times.

Valuables, fragile items, or any materials susceptible to damage should be secured by the client before service commencement.

Clients must ensure a safe working environment free of hazards that could affect the cleaners’ ability to perform their duties.

Clients are required to inform Clean Co of any special cleaning requirements, known hazards, or areas requiring particular attention or care.

8. Company Responsibilities

Clean Co commits to delivering the agreed cleaning services to a professional standard as outlined in the service agreement.

We employ trained, insured, and background-verified cleaners to ensure high quality and safety.

Where applicable, Clean Co uses eco-friendly and safe cleaning products that comply with relevant environmental and safety regulations.

We maintain all necessary safety and compliance standards in line with industry best practices.

9. Service Guarantees and Complaints

Clean Co strives to ensure client satisfaction. If any service is not performed to the agreed standard, clients may request a re-clean within a reasonable timeframe.

Complaints or service issues can be submitted via phone or email. We commit to acknowledging complaints promptly and working towards resolution within a reasonable period.

Our liability is limited to the re-performance of the service or refund of the service fee. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service provision.

10. Insurance and Liability

Clean Co holds public liability insurance to cover damages or injuries arising during service provision.

We comply with all worker insurance requirements, ensuring that our employees are covered in accordance with applicable laws.

Clean Co is not responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions or items not disclosed by the client.

Where applicable, our liability for damages is capped at the total amount paid by the client for the relevant service.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Clean Co website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and other materials, are the property of Clean Co or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
